Unacceptable

<p>Me and my husband went to Game in the Middelburg Mall to buy our son a Spider-Man Action figure. On the shelf the price was R199.00. When we paid at the till and was already on our way out my husband checked the slip and saw that they charged R299.00. He went back and the manager was called, he and my husband went to the shelf that had 2 prices for the exactly the same action figure, R199.00 and R259.00. My husband told the manager that we took one from the R199.00 shelf and the manager told him that those action figures were finished, but it was hanging underneath the R199.00 price! My husband then told the manager that he has to fix it on the shelf where the manager simply said no he can't. He had a terrible attitude and ignored my husband when he insisted on paying the price as inidicated on the shelf. He left my husband in the aisle and came back with R40. It is unacceptable that the wrong prices are indicated on the shelves and as far as my knowledge goes, the shop that made the error has to give you the product as indicated on the shelf. </p>
