UNABLE TO REACH GAME HEAD OFFICE AND OTHER NUMBERS

It totally unacceptable as one cannot reach Game. I have tried on countless occasions to phone Game West Street Durban on *** and I go through the entire procedure and at the end the recorded messages it states that the operator is not available. If the phone is not working due to the looting of a few months ago, then they should change their message and give one the correct number where one can receive assistance. I have tried to reach the following numbers on countless occasions and each time it says that the numbers do not exist:- ***, ***, and ***. I have phoned *** numerous times and the call is answered immediately and it said “Good day, You have reached the offices of Massmart Holdings. Your call is important to us. Please hold on for the operator” and you hold on until you are cut off. It rings for over 14 minutes and +-53 seconds and then I am cut off. This has happened countless times. This is costing a large amount of money in cell phone calls and waste of hours and hours of my time and is totally unacceptable. I then phoned Game Shelly Beach to try to get a number for Head Office or Game West Street and the reception was so poor that I could not hear the person. He then asked me to hold on and I held on until I was cut off. When I phoned back the operator said that he had put me through to a manager. The line was then distorted again. I phoned him back five times and each time there was a problem with interference on the line. Game Shelly Beach then phoned me back and gave me a number which they assured me was correct of ***. I asked if they were sure that the number was correct as I did not know of a number with 12 digits. They assured me that it was correct. I tried to phone the number and each time I get the message that the number does not exist. All 0861 numbers that I know of have ten digits. I sent an e-mail to *** but have not received a reply. I phoned Game Shelly Beach back again and both Ephraim and Sezeka were very helpful but gave me numbers that I cannot reach. I have now wasted hours and hours of my precious time at a great cost to myself in cell phone calls and have still not reached anyone at Game Head Office or any one who can be of any assistance. This is totally unacceptable service from Game and Massmart.
