UNABLE TO PURCHASE ONLINE

I have been trying to purchase online since Tuesday & i am not able to go past the payment tab, please can someone help me with this, i am purchasing essential goods only. I have tried clearing my browsing history, i have tried using the app as well as the website, i have used 4 different devices and different browsers as well & nothing works.
