Ultra-Link universal charged killed my 2 laptops

I bought an Ultra-Link 65w Universal charger at Game the Glen yesterday for my Asus X515E and the first laptop blacked out while charging within 30 mins. We then tried another laptop same model and the laptop died as well. i then visited the store today to complain and request that Game account for the damages. The manager took me to the tech station where they tried the charger with multiple devices and the charger was not responding, they then tried it with HP and the system showed a plugged in sign but did not show if it was charging as it only showed that the charged was connected. Based on that the manager maintained that the charger is working and they will not fix the laptops, the only thing they could do is to refund me for the charged. I refused to accept the refund while I'm sitting with two laptops that are not working.
