u always loose at game
<p>i bought a HD dstv from game on the 28/05/2017 and im totally appaulled by the service from installations ---the bracket that comes standard apparently doesnt fit and as a replacement i was offered a bigger bracket for R500-700. i will refer this to social media as well to ensure other customers are not misled by games deals which has no fine print regarding the bracket .</p>
I HOPE TO SEE A POSITIVE OUTCOME HEREIN AS I CALLED MANAGER LOPIS GOVENDER AND HE DIDNT SEEM TO TAKEN A BACK THAT GAME HAS NO FINE PRINT REGARDING THE REPLACEMENT BRACKET . HE SEEMED RATHER ARROGANT AS IF THERE IS NO CORRECTIVE ACTION GOING FORWARD.

the response is not acceptable as i have contacted a local supllier and was supp**** and fitted within an hour . Game should really look into their installation companies and not dish out cheaply selected options which ******* customers with no fine print
