Tygervalley game
Poor service to say the least I will never buy at game again, my hisense 55inch tv broke during the lockdown, so yesterday I took it back to where I bought it at tygervalley game and asked for it to be replaced or something and the manager, who doesn't really seems to be helpful, told me no I must wait for the lockdown to be over so that when the hisense repair factory opens then only they can fix it, and who knows how long the lockdown is still going to be. poor management s****s....I bought the tv last year on black friday and it has a 4year warranty, but I guest that's how they do business....pathetic

09 May 2020, 13:16I understand why this companies service is so pathetic at game i believe a good companies foundation is build by good leadership, customer care quickly inboxed me on thursday to say i must wait 24hours for their senior management to contact me about my complaint.....still waiting,they don't care no i have to sit the whole weekend without a tv bacause of incompetend people maybe they should demote them to level 1 in lockdown because even at level 5 they are useless or maybe i must just put an article in te news paper or on more social media websites maybe then they wil wake up
