****ty Service from Game Clear water and useless managers

What terrible service I received from Game Clearwater! I used my Game card to purchase a fridge on Saturday, March 9, 2024. The consultant who helped me said that deliveries take at least two working days. I have been waiting for that delivery for six days, and each manager I spoke with assured me that it would arrive. I will need to get the store to reverse the purchase because it appears that I will be charged for something that never happened.
