****TY SERVICE AND DELIVERY

Where to start? I ordered a massive order for delivery on the 25th of September 2022. One sippy cup of this whole order was delivered on the 27th and since then no further update on the site to track or any telephonic or writing feedback. I have phoned and threatened multiple people. I have spammed their emails, I have spammed the write to us option - NO FEEDBACK. In fact they proceeded to close the one ticket as if the query was resolved. Delivery TAT states 5-7 work days - that equals to latest date of delivery 4th of October. It is now the 6th and no feedback, no delivery no nothing. The scariest part?? I have no way of holding anyone accountable as I cannot even contact any place that takes me seriously enough to actually help. I am at a loss of how to recoup R2,400.00 or my order??????
