two tv's in six months

I brought a Hisense 50inch uhd from game in south coast mall in late aug 2023 3 month later it packed up i returned it to the shop the sent it to hisense 3 week later the exhanged it for a new one on 29,3 2024 that one packed up lines running down the screen. On the 30/3 i took it back the ladies at the return were clueless and phoned a manager who came a bit later he said it look like screen damage and it wont be coverd buy the warrenty but he phoned the hisense rep who arrived ten minutes later was oblivous what was wrong but we fill out callout form and some phone will send my a ref number which i am still waiting for,the people who i deaqled with showed disintrest the whole just just stinks and save youself any trouble stay away from game
