TV sent for repair, now missing

on the 19 April 2021, I took my samsung tv for repair at Game Cresta branch. It was out of warantee but they still agreed to send it for service, for which I would pay. Pretty standard. They quoted a 4 - 6 week repair time. I wasn't happy but accepted. I was informed the repair place would call me for a quote, a call that they would charge me R650 for! I reluctantly accepted because it is a good tv and I wanted it working. A short google search suggested that the light bar needed replacing. A failed light bar causes shadows, a common problem. a month or so later I recieved a call from Game asking if I had been contacted about the TV, which I hadn't. and that was the last I heard from them for 5 months. I phoned once or twice but was met with "we don't know, can we call you back?" or no answer at their service centre. A few weeks ago I popped into the store to see what was going on, because face to face is better than no aswer on the phone. They contacted the agent who had no record of the tv for repair. The agent requested a deliver note from game, which they couldn't find. I phoned the Game main service centre last week and gave them the details to no avail. I have just got off a 15min call with the main Game service centre now and I hope they will make an effort to locate my tv. If a Game rep reads this please note that I want my TV back so I can take it somewhere that cares, or if it is missing I want it replaced.
