TV repair returned in worse damaged state than it was booked in!!!
I sent my Hisense TV in for repairs via Game Fourways because the backlight was not working. However when the TV was returned to Game Fourways, the TV now had a third of the screen full of cracks, these only show when the TV is switched on, however there are two visible marks on the screen (visible even when the TV is off) which indicate that the screen was either hit or pressed against something. These marks were not there when the TV was booked in for repair which means that this happened after the TV was booked in. I brought this to the attention of the store manager, but they refer me to Hisense, who in turn refer me back to Game. This has been going on for over three months now and no one is willing to assist me. I emailed Game customer services and keep getting a promise that some one will call me back. The only time someone called me back from Game Fourways, they concluded the call by saying someone from customer service will get back to me which means everybody keeps passing the buck. The staff at game are completely unhelpful
Thank you for taking my call.
I'm sorry about the inconvenience.
As discussed over the phone, this matter will be escalated to the regional manager that will get back to you.
Thank you.
