TV opened beforehand, equipment missing and 2nd hand demo TV?

Yesterday I bought a Telefunken 55inch smart TV at game Empangeni at the promotion price of R5000 to avoid the rush of blackfriday. It was taken out of the box and put on in the store to ensure that it works infront of us. When I got home at 5 pm to set it up, the plastic where the remote and booklet was in was already open. The *****s that is used to fit the feet onto the TV to make it stand is no where to be found. Ontop of that the brand itself 'Telefunken' is missing lettering on the TV screen on the front itself. Is this even legit?
