<p>Game send me a SMS to say my repaired TV is there but I told them I don't want a repaired TV coz I bought that TV in January and it gaves problems and its still going to give problems so please I ask for a new TV or a refund</p>

"I called the customer and explained to her that her unit is in store unrepaired, and that there is a quotation on the item, due it not being under guarantee anymore as it is ********."
