TV issue
I bought a sinotec 65 inch smart TV in December 2018, now in April 2019 the TV showed a line and no pictures and I returned it to the store, they took 6 weeks and they say the TV has a crack but no one can see the crack, I think this is their excuse of not taking their responsibility. And now they lost the TV remote and still they can not accept their mistakes. I am not happy with their service, I will not refer anyone to them again.
