TV IS A FACTORY FAULT THAT IS NOW JUNK USED LESS THAN A YEAR

I bought a jvc 55 inch TV last year march, it started becoming faulty, the volume would just shut itself down to zero and be against increment., and it would blackout sometimes so I could not find the slip so I went to game soshanguve crossing for help with proof of purchase, filled in a form now to this day there is no help. I went back again to check if they found it nd there is nothing even the form I filled in on. A lady there said warranty time has passed I should, and gave me a repairer that she said game takes customers goods to. I went there nd I was told my TV is a factory fault that the motherboard came faulty nd because jvc has run out of parts they cannot help me. So meaning I spent R6000 on a TV I used for less than a year because I jst recently started using it it was in a box.
