TV hassles with game

We have purchased a sinotec TV from game. It fell under a warranty wen we were took it to game they said it would take 21 days to repair if not done within 21 days they will refund us our money. Think on the 19th day game called and said the TV was repaired we tested it and I wasn't happy with it but a guy said we would have to book it for another 21 days we already didn't have a TV at home. A month later the problem with the TV arose again after numerous calls to game. game their sollution was bring TV back inv they will speak to suppliers was a week later I called the store the TV was not even picked up. We are now sitting with no TV so basically paid for something with what I thought was a good warranty and don't have it
