Turning a bad experience into a awesome one

I would like to give a compliment to the most patient professional person i have met Thamela employee nr 121685. He assisted me with a refund after numerous attempts getting a person to help me. The new phone i purchased had a defective audio and he did everything possible to assist. Calm as a cucumber he did waiver to spare any expense to assist. He phoned me yesterday and told me he is going to phone me today and kept to his promise as my 7 day return is only valid for today. After this purchase and trying to get a person to refund this i said to myself to stay at takealot but Thamela's tenacity made me change my mind. I do believe that gis guy is going to make it far in customer care and is a true asset for your company. Thanks Thamela
