Turned into a fool and bad service

Treated like a fool in store being sent from pillar to post and no one wanting to assist & keep on telling me to wait. When that person eventually comes he tells me dispatch people are gone. I asked for the manager they ignored me. After telling them I'm not leaving without my items they act like they are assisting and the next thing we are sitting on chairs & no one saying anything to us. When we ask whats the delay we are responded with attitude.
