Tried to sell me Wrong model cellphone

Arrived at Game N1 city on 04 March to purchase a Samsung Galaxy A31 phone which was on promotion. At the cell phone counter I had to wait a while,42 minutes in fact as there were 2 clients before me being assisted. One left after exchanging bad words with the Game assistant. Upon inquiring to make the purchase the assistant brought me a different model the A21, not the A31. I informed him that the model was incorrect but he insisted that it was not the case. No matter what I said to try to convince him he could not be fazed. In the end I left without purchasing anything. You really need to inform your staff of the different models. This is not my first complaint of service received from this branch. Clearly no attention was heeded to the previous complaints.
