Treating Customers Fairly

My wife went to Game Highveld Mall, and carpets on the floor were incorrectly priced. This was not her fault at all and she took the carpet based on the price she saw, got to the till, price is higher. She raised this, management got involved and decided to let her pay the price that was on the floor, she did not even have to throw a tantrum. To some this may seem like an obvious thing to do, and may not deserve 5 stars, to me it matters. Treating customers fairly is key. We have never had such a mix up before or any issues prior with Game Highveld mall and based on how they handled the issue today, I have to say that I do not regret being their customer and will continue to do for years to come.
