TREATED UNFAIRLY / POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Good day.

Today I visited Game Upington, Kalahari Mall.

I wanted to buy a air fryer that was clearly marked, R1799.

To my surprize, when they scanned the product it scanned R3499. I told the lady that the price was not correct. When I went back to check someone was unfairly removed the advertisted price. Luckily one of my friends was with me and confirmed that the price was R1799.

Game customer service is beyond pathetic to say the least!!
