TREATED REALLY BADLY AND SHOUTED AT IN FRONT OF CUSTOMERS ANS STAFF AT GAME SOMERSET MALL IN SOMERSET WEST

TREATED REALLY BADLY AT GAME SOMERSET MALL IN SOMERSET WEST-BY NAZEERA GAFOOR-this is the name was given to me by a staff member afterwards -I have been in two minds if i should write about my bad experience.The manager did ask me not to take it further as he would handle it -however, my experience has been bothering me so much that i have now decided to also raise it on this forum -i visited game somerset mall a few weeks back''cant recall exact date'' and was at one of the tills for a product i bought and asked about a ''price match'' -the teller then called a lady BY THE NAME OF ''NAZEERA GAFOOR''-her name was given to me afterwards upon asking one of the staff -she was very abrupt and really unwilling to assist with my questions -then whilst i was still talking she simply turned her back and began to walk away -i then carefully reached out and touched her lightly on the shoulder just to make here aware that i was still talking to her -THEN, AT THAT MOMENT, SHE SPEEDILY TURNED AROUND AND SHOUTED AT THE TOP OF HER VOICE-''DONT YOU TOUCH ME'' AND JUST STORMED AWAY -THIS WAS VERY LOAD IN FRONT OF ALL THE CUSTOMERS STANDING IN LINE AND IN FRONT OF STAFF -NEEDLESS TO SAY, I FELT VERY, VERY EMBARRASSED -i asked to speak to the manager and explained it to him -I SUGGESTED THAT HE CAN EVEN GO AND VIEW THE SECURITY CAMERAS TO SEE WHAT TOOK PLACE-he agreed that their are cameras -then while i was at the till to finalize payment , the lady in question, NAZEERA GAFFOOR was standing a few tills down - I indicated that she please come back, as i just wanted to explain that i lightly touched her shoulder''ITS ALL ON CAMERA'' to gain her attention as she was walking away whilst i was still in discussion -she clearly saw me calling her-''i am sure this will also be on camera''. -SHE SIMPLY IGNORED ME AND WALKED AWAY AGAIN I will think twice before buying anything from game somerset mall again
