Treated like a ******** by Game Store Manager

Yesterday i asked my son to make a purchase at Spar Zevenwaght, he misunderstood me and instead went to Game Zevenwaght Mall.I gave him my RCS card and pin number , which was sufficient to make a purchase at Spar, however at Game my identification is also required, which he did not know.At Game's pay point the purchase could not be authorized as my Identification was required, if it was not embarrassing enough, Game's Store Manager appeared and publicly accused my son of shoplifting.The accusation was based on pure speculation as my son looked suspicious as he was dress in his work clothes, his behavior was aggressive,plain rude and arrogant as he stated that it is his store and he can do anything he want. My son was physically assaulted , by Game's leadership, forced to pull down his pants in Game's Liquor Store, he was kept hostage, and publicly humiliated without justification. I am going to the store to speak to this manager, but he will probably be unapologetic and hence i will addressing this to Games Head Office as a formal complaint.
