Trampoline failure

Bought a trampoline in December 2020, Called game Tygervalley, given them 24hours to resolve this but clearly they do not see the seriousness of this. My son feel through the Trampoline and hurt his head, my 2 kids are now bored while the sun is shining and cannot play outside and jump. Come collect your piece of nonsense. Thank God I didn't have to rush to a doctor or hospital during the third wave of COVID-19. Like I am not leaving my house I don't want to get covid-19 for a third time, so staying safe indoors.
