Trampoline

Absolutely terrible product and shocking customer service. This trampoline was up for ONLY TWO DAYS when a light wind blew it over. Every single pole bent and broke, making the trampoline completely useless.

This is a complete waste of money and dangerously poor quality. A trampoline that cannot withstand normal outdoor conditions should NEVER be advertised for outdoor use. This is false advertising, plain and simple.

I contacted customer service for help and was met with zero assistance, zero accountability, and zero concern. They refused to help in any way, leaving us with a broken product and no solution.

Do NOT buy this trampoline unless you want to throw your money away. I am extremely disappointed and will never support this product or company again.
