i once went to Game West gate to buy a Hisense Remote, the consultant gave us a remote and assured us that it will work, when we got home it never worked, we had to carry our plasma to westgate for the consultant to give us the right remote, which he did not he instead gave us a refund, but i was ****ed because we had to carry the big plasma for him to realise that his is not sure about his products.#BlackFriday..Get training on your products
