Totem Bicycle

I bought my son a Totem Bicycle on the 09/05/2015, he is four years old and he can't ride yet as I haven't even bought him a helmet. He sought of like rode the bike in the house as it as the supporting wheels. I didn't pay too much attention to the wheels as it looked fine but on the 3rd day my helper told me the back wheel looked flat. Being a woman not knowing much about bikes I took it to the petrol station to get them to pump it which they did and this was in the eveining already. Next morning when I checked it, it was flat again then I knew something wasn't right. So on Sunday the 17/05/2015 I took it back to Game as I believed it was faulty.. I got there a young guy assisted me and he showed me the tube which he tried to pumped but discovered it had a hole in it. He called the manager rob who arrogantly said we must had rode the bike over something that damaged it and we will have to fix it ourselves. I tried to explain to him that owner can't even ride a bike yet how can he have damaged it and he just said I would have to buy a new tube and sort it out. Even the guy who helped could understand how it can be damaged as it still looks brand new and clean. The service was poor
