Totally unprofessional and incomponent staff at all levels at Game

I am typing here as I am holding the line after my third attempt to speak to someone with a simple query regarding stock availability at the Richards Bay store. Simply Useless is all I can think off, but not even that. The background noise and incompetence of the staff is simply beyond words. There is no pride in anyone, not even the person answering the phone at the switchboard. You ask to speak to the Store Manager and the person that responds (eventually) tells me he is the Manager, but neglect to say of the "grocery section". I have been there in person and the support by the staff much the same. Totally unprofessional, making me wonder if they receive ANY form of training regarding customer service. My response to asking them to contact me when stock arrive, was writing in some old s**** book and tearing a piece of the page off for me as proof of the arrangement. I am sure not to hold my breath for a response....
