Total disregard of the CPA

Game stores at Heidelberg Mall is messing me around.

I took in my Samsung TV still under warranty on 27th February 2021, to date; no one has made contact with me, no one seems to be able to assist every time I visit the store. I have a repair agreement stating that should the process take more than 21 days, refund or replacement will be considered ... but nothing on that promise...
