Total Disregard of clients

I bought a decoder on Thursday from Game Somerset and my mother has been struggling with the recommended technicians who installed the decoder. These installers arrived late at night on Thursday to install the decoder they left without ensuring that everything was in order. Multichoice said to my mother that the data wasn't fully transferred from the old SD decoder to the new HD decoder she must contact the technicians or the retailer. It's been back and forth between the installer/Game and my mom and myself. What a pathetic service no wonder why Massmart is losing it's shine. I am taking this decoder back to them.
