Tosca luggage
We bought new Tosca suitcases 60cm on 28th of January 2024. We went on vacation on the 1st of February and the handles of both suitcases broke. Came back and took them to Game this afternoon. We were told that they can't take the suitcases back or exchange it, because the handles are not under guarantee......seriously, brand new, first trip and the handles broke.
