Took the money but not confirming my order
I bought a couch online, and they took the money off my account, I also sent them proof of payment, and they said they would allocate the payment to the order and process the order yesterday, there is only 3 couches in stock, and they still have not responded to me, when you buy online your money gets taken and your order is confirmed, they took the the money but is not confirming my order

22 Aug 2024, 12:28Game have confirmed thazt they receved my money but wont reserve a couch for me which I have paid for since they have confirmed recipt of my money, the agents are useless wont even let me speak to a consultant and I KEEP TELLING THEM THAT THERE IS ONLY TWO COUCHES LEFT IN STOCK, GAME IS REALLY PATHETIC
