took cellphone back for return they wanted to credit my card but their machine kept declining

<p>Took a cellphone back this morning as i was going to give it to my dad but unfortunately he couldnt use it - i was told they would credit my card for the full amount but each time i put in my pin (five times) it rejected and decined the pin number i even tried another card the same problem - i then went straight to absa tried the pin number which it accepted straight away - i was then given a gift voucher which i was told is not tranferable as cash and that each time i buy i will be given another voucher - i dont want that i want my money back - I was punching in the right pin number i have had this card for 30 years you dont think i know my pin number please sort this out and refund to my acccount</p>
