Too many idle staff standing around

This country has gone to the dogs - nobody cares about a thing. Those who have jobs do NOT care - I went into Game at Bellairs Mall today for the first time to buy Lotto tickets. There was an elderly couple waiting at the till & says they waited for ages. The old man is a pensioner with a back problem and still no worries in the world. I asked a staff member if somebody could help me at the Lotto till - she pointed to the other till so I told her that surely she didn't expect me to spend the day waiting for somebody to arrive? When I said that she then came to assist. Why do we have to ASK to be assisted? WHY??? Useless lazy people all over the place who have jobs but are too lazy to help. You need to give your staff proper training and get them into gear please. Unacceptable.
