TOM TOM START 20.... R995.

Went to Reds mall yesterday to buy the TOM TOM start 20 which was on sale for R995. Got there and a sales rep assisted after 10 mins - I had to call for assistance..lady was friendly and assisted - they had NO STOCK(not the first,second or third time either)...asked her to call and check with another GAME (CENTURION LAKE MALL). She spoke to Shezi gave the person all the details and Shezi said they had three in stock - which I requested the lady to ask Shezi to keep them for me as I was going there to fetch them NOW. Got to GAME CENTURION Lake Mall and asked for Shezi... Shezi was busy so GUGU assited... she spoke to Shezi and Shezi sends the older verson tom tom which was NOT EVEN on sale for R995. So I asked for the one on promotion... to which I got the reply - they dont have stock!!! <br> This is pathetic service! how can you make a customer travel 10kms one way for NOTHING??? All I got was an apology from GUGU and it wasnt even her fault. GAME manager was not in. Left my name and details for a rain check. Game Store(Lake Mall) service is gone VERY BAD! their ATTITUDE IS BAD! its like they dont care..maybe they dont really care???not the first time for an issue there!
