Today I went to Game at Carnival Mall

Today I went to Game at Carnival Mall. I saw they had a special on for Auto washing powder so I added two packets to my shopping. At the till I notice d it rang up at the original price and queried it with the cashier. I was told to take my slip to the refunds counter and they would sort it out. No apology nothing. Went to the refunds counter and explained what had happened and gave her my receipt, no greeting, no apology just took the slip and was talking to the other person behind the counter. Did ask for my details then processed a refund for the difference, gave me a slip and told me to go to the cashier for the refund. Went to the cashier who told me this was wrong and went off to discuss it with the refund desk. Came back and processed the refund. Have you ever felt invisible or that you were an interruption to there day, well I did. That's 30 mins of my life I won't get back for your error, and we wonder why businesses close.
