threatening sms every day about legal actions

I had an account with Game ,they never sent me a statement but they use to debit my account ,I later decided to pay everything as I wanted to close the account, they then debited my account as usual ,I queried and the consultants in Pretoria menlyn advised me to take items amounting to the value deducted in my account and closed it because if I I wait for my refund it might take long ,I did like wise and closed the account in November 2015 ,now this January 2016 they calling me everyday and sending me sms every and say I owe them ,I tried to explain but they are busy threatening me with legal actions everyday .Please help <br> <br> Kind regards
