Thoughtful staff
<p>I had a bit of a situation where Prudence (as per the name on my receipt) was done scanning my goods but I had misplaced my card. She was BEYOND patient with me. Eventually, my card surfaced. She is such a positive lady - a true gem. Don't ever take your staff for granted.</p>
