Thlabaki - the reason I will never support Game again.

Thlabaki should not be working at the store in Mall@Carnival. He is the rudest person and should not be working with clients. He could see we were struggling to lift a heavy cupboard that we wanted to buy, but just stood there, arms crossed. When I finally called and asked him to help, he looked at me, shrugged his shoulders and asked with an attitude "what do you want me to do?". Uuuuhhhmmmmm, what about doing your job and assist clients. He just stood there and leaned against a cupboard. I asked him to help and bring a trolley, his response was, "you can ask someone else". I got very upset with this response and that's when he got worked up and just kept on repeating "what do you want me to do? I'm not the only person who works here. You can ask someone else. What do you want? Etc etc..." and then he still kept on mumbling things. I told him to leave it so we carried everything ourselves to the tills. Only after we paid, he came, strolling to us with the trolley. This is not the type of person I would want working for me and representing my business. I support your store 4 to 5 times a week. This used to be one of my favourite stores, but you guys will never see me again. Will be sure to tell my friends and family aswell. This guy will chase away many clients and management will be silly to keep this man. There are many people looking for a job, who I can guarantee will appreciate the job more than this useless guy.
