WOW! I received incredible service from Oupa at Game Fourways. He even managed to get me a discount on items that day. I did not take the discount because I only decided to take items for R10 000.00 on that day. I did however tell him I will return for the rest of the items which will be easily in excess of another R30 000.00. I realise now it will likely be over R40 000.00, because a TV bundle and PS4 is R20 000.00 alone. So I called Oupa and checked if i still get the discount.. Oupa sadly could not secure the discount and was bluntly told no by Graham Venter. I called today to check if Graham understood the magnitude of my purchase. I was surprised to find how arrogant and dismissive Graham was. I'm forced to think with the way he spoke to me that Graham thinks he was doing me a favour? Poor telephone manner and definitely limited business acumen. My humble advice - give him some training in some regard.
