This is what business is all about #WIN

This weekend I went to Game with the intention to buy my daughter a boombox. A gentleman helped me, Joshua Bruyns, very professional, helpfull and friendly. There were unfortunately a few things that was not up to standards, like almost all the boxes I was looking at, was not charged and I could not hear the sound quality. I asked him to call the manager, he came back with a answer from that manager that was really making my blood boiling. He ask me to stay calm, he will fix this. One minute later , he came there with a person, can't remember his name unfortunately, but that man, that guy is the tipe of person that I would want to run my business for me, like the sales person Jos that had the drive to go and get a answer I would like. He calmly listen to my unhappiness and the answer the one manager gave me. Very respectfully apologize to me, promise me that this will never happen again and that this matter will definitely be taken further. He even gave me discount on my item because it has been on display and was the last one. I will definitely shop at this pitucular game again, just because the staff there knows how to do damage control and stand for there mistakes. This is 100% a #WIN team, even the bumpy road was not stopping them to make there customers happy. Well done Game, you will definitely see me in store again and again and again! Thanx for your exceptional service!
