I don't even want to give this place a ****ing star at all. they don't deserve it. i have been trying to call in for the past 3 weeks in order to get the easy pay NR. i requested a call back, the agent who calls only let the phone ring for 1 second 1 god damn ****ing second. that is not ****ing customer service. i have been a client for more than 7 years and this is how you treat me. every time i call the volumes are high. i end up wasting all my airtime. i even stood at shoprite and they allowed me to call from there desk, you guys let me wait on the line for more than a ****ing hour and no answer or call back even after i had requested it. then when i do get a call back the phone rings for 1 ****ING SECOND!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

what the actual ****!!!!!!!!!!!!! employ better ****ing staff.
