think twice before you buy

Hi, on the 01-03-18 did i buy a mi***ave at game store stellenbosch. It worked well as it should work in the begining because i trust russell hobbs. The morning of the 24-05-18 did i went to my microwave and it did not worked anymore it was just dead dead. I did return the item with the original slip. When i get to customer service the lady told me that the mi***ave need to go for observation and repairs i called their head office from my own cell phone Rina told me on the phone they can give me a new mi***ave or i can get anything else i had my phone over to customer services the lady told her the same. after that Rina promise to call me the next day 25-05-18 which she never did. I am deaply disappointed in game stellenbosch. Be careful were you put your hard earned money because some shops just dont care
