*******! The account that never gets settled

I had a balance of R97.60, my debit order for R97.60 came off my account the 01/02/2020. That means that technically my account has been settled. They then charge me an account fee and interest(how I'm paying interest on a service fee??) resulting in me having to pay again this month. Account no. ***
