Items from my order were cancelled without my consent by the Boksburg branch after I requested them to deliver when they are able to deliver everything. Two transactions we processed for the same order and to date I am being given a run around with the refund, another amount was deducted again today instead of a refund for items they cancelled without any notification. Their lack of accountability and sense of urgency is pathetic.
