<p>I purchased a 14 piece tool set that was om promotion at Game. When i came home and opened the box I only found 5 pieces in the box. I called the store the same time and spoken to a lady named Mpumi and she advised that they are aware that the boxes have short pieces that is the reason why it is on promotion. I asked her why it was not diclosed or printed anywhere to state to clients that the reason why the stuff is on promotion is that there are pieces missing, her response to me is that she doesnt know. She then advised me that the manager (Shane ) will call me tomorow to rectify and assist with the issue. I didnt receive any call the next day. I had to then call back and speak to Shane and he advised that i should get send an email to the complaints department and someone will pick it up. Up to this day which is now 1 week i didnt get a call from Game. Everyone has been reading my mail as i requested a read receipt but i didnt get a response. What pathethic and devious ways does Game have, to ***** their customers money without having any conscious about ut. It is really sad as there could be so many other people that this is happening too based on the complaints that i have looked at.</p> <p> </p> <p>Shane has a dont care attitude and for a manager of the store not to follow up on an issue like this. how do we trust Game and their employees.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
