Game refuses to give me back my money after a failed purchase on their system. I have provided all evidence to show that the money was not reversed from my account they still do not want to investigate or prove that they have the money. Sinethemba and Aghon has done nothing to get this sorted. All three managers are not available to take my call or even attempt to resolve this issue. My money is sitting in your account, please reverse it or send me your bank statement as evidence of the failed transaction.
