I placed an online order and again, half of my order is missing. I told myself I would never buy from Game online again, but with the current social situation, I thought I might give them a second try...to my regret.
I want my money refunded or my delivery done today. I don't understand how only the most expensive item in the box is missing.
Game is the worst of its kind to deal with when it comes to ecommerce dealings.
Highly disappointe... but then what was i expecting.

23 Jan 2021, 08:40I understand that there is a delivery window, however, your site doesn't state 14 days, it says 2-3 working days for online stock that is available. If I had needed the drive 2 weeks from now, I wouldn't have bought it when I did.
Secondary to that, my order has been updated as completed, there is no way to show that not all parts of the order has not yet been delivered.
I really would much rather just have my money refunded so I can place the order with someone that understands the idea behind buying on line for convenience, and receiving those goods in a timeous manner. I needed this drive when I placed the order. Now I need to buy another one.
If Nike in Amsterdam can deliver in a week, how can Game from over the road take 2 weeks?
One thing is for sure, I will never use Game online again.
