They sold me adesk knowing that it was faulty

I bought a table on thursday and when i assembled it i found out that pieces dont fit together. I also figured that the same table was purchased by someone else a few days ago and they returned it on thr 11-05-15. This very same returned item was sold to me. Wotdt part is the store manager was hell bent to argue about this.
