They should at least take responsibility or account when such situations

I bought a sumsang washing machine top loader from game fourways last month and it had a factory fault because sumsang sent a technician to inspect the machine now after he had recommended that we get an exchange we still stuck with this washing and no one seems to now know how to help us but im just going to pay again for transport,return the machine and get a refund
